My name is Stacy Mayer and I’m on a mission to get women like you promoted to high levels of leadership so we can change the way business is run from the c-suite out.

We’re rejecting the outdated thinking that we need to work 80 hours a week, sacrifice time with our families or force ourselves to ‘act like a man’ in order to be promoted into positions of power and influence.

Instead, we’re entering a new age of women in leadership, an era where we take back control of our careers and carve our own paths, write our own rules, and create our own destinies.
