In my July 11 podcast episode with Bibigi Haile, she had an amazing insight at the end I wanted to make sure you heard. She was talking about the fear we sometimes feel as we embark on the journey of becoming more visible. She recommends keeping fear and action in two different boxes that don’t mix.
“Feeling fear does not have to keep the action box shut,” she said. And that is so true. You don’t banish your fear as you start raising your hand or opening your mouth or showing up with worth. You can have that fear and acknowledge it. But it’s your job to keep it away from the action of moving forward.
