If you’re stressing about the written portion of your performance review: stop. Yes, you want it to look good and to be good and have all the parts, but is this one document going to be make-or-break for you? Unless they use it as a promotion ranking system, no. Performance reviews are so much more than one sheet of paper. And relationships are what’s paramount, not how you string a few sentences together. So yes, of course do a good job on the written portion, as I know you will, but don’t let it keep you up at night. This is just one part of a greater whole.
