No matter how much of a badass you are already, if you’re in a corporate environment, you don’t have agency. It’s not your fault! Corporate environments are designed to strip you of agency. That’s why we’re here – to help you build up the agency you need to make powerful choices, find your voice, grab that promotion and claim that seat at the table.
If your “promotion” comes with a raise but your voice is still constantly getting shut down, that’s not good enough. I have a client whose promotion was a step down in title – but with a raise and more agency. To me, that’s a win.
