There’s a difference between providing information and teaching. The difference is whether you care about what you’re teaching, and why. When you start to teach about the source of happiness underlying your leadership journey, you cross that bridge. When you become tapped into the deep source of your motivation, it might not even seem like teaching. It might just seem like talking.
